The shelter is open seven days a week for adoptions. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transitioned to an online adoption process. If you are interested in adopting a shelter pet, please complete an adoption application online and one of our adoption counselors will contact you to finalize your adoption process. In an effort to ensure that our shelter population is as low as possible adoption fees are waived on all adult shelter pets -making them FREE. All dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens are neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
Animal Rescue and Care
We provide care to over 20,000 animals each year. Most are dogs and cats, but we also care for rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, reptiles, birds, and other small animals. Some animals are sick, injured, or traumatized when they arrive at the shelter. Whatever the problem, they receive needed veterinary care through our clinic and tender loving care from our trained animal care staff and volunteers.
