All dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. All rabbits are spayed or neutered. Our actual cost per animal averages $240.00. These services are included in the adoption fee.
One of the most valuable things the community can do to help Nevada Humane Society pets right now is to adopt. If you have room in your heart and your home, we encourage you to view the animals currently available for adoption on our website and to submit an adoption application (these can be completed on the profile page of the pet you are interested in adopting).
We presently have a large number of cats in need of forever homes. In an effort to keep our shelter population as low as possible in light of the current COVID-19 epidemic and to do everything we can to help these cats find happy homes, we are waiving adoption fees on ALL adult cats (cats over 5 months old) -making them FREE to good homes.
