Nevada Humane Society Promotes Dog Dates for Valentine’s Day

Dog Dates give furry friends at the Nevada Humane Society (NHS) a break from the kennel by spending a few entertaining hours just being a dog and having fun. It also helps the NHS understand their personalities outside the shelter and create stories they can share with potential adopters. Kait Cole, corporate giving officer, stopped by Morning Break with Katey Roshetko to share success stories of the Dog Dates program. While it is offered year-round, there’s a special opportunity next week for Valentine-themed dog dates. Monday-Friday, Feb. 10-14 at 10 a.m. many dogs will be available to be taken on an adventure around the town.
