Vaccine & Microchipping

Our low-cost vaccination and microchipping clinic offers essential services to our community, helping your pets stay safe and healthy. The Reno Campus hosts vaccine clinics every Wednesday and Sunday. The Carson City Campus hosts vaccine clinics every Wednesday.

Appointments are required at both locations.

Reno Vaccine Clinics are held twice a week on Sundays from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm and Wednesdays from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.

Carson City Vaccine Clinics are held once a week on Wednesday's from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.

Dewormer is $5, Rabies, DHPP, and FVRCP are $15 each, Bordetella and Microchips are $20, and CIV is $35.

Please note that this is a public clinic, and exams and vaccinations are administered in a shared clinic setting rather than in private rooms. If your pet is fearful or reactive around other animals or people, we recommend bringing them during quieter times including the first or last appointment of the day and using a calming aid such as a well-fitted muzzle. Consult your primary veterinarian for additional support.

Spay & Neuter Services

We value the importance of accessible pet care, which is why we offer a low-cost spay/neuter program for owned pets. Through this program, your furry friend will receive spay/neuter surgery, as well as any needed vaccines, and microchipping—all at no extra charge. The cost for an appointment varies as shown: Male and female cat appointments are $80, male dogs appointments are $200 and female dog appointments are $250.

Appointments are available 6 days a week at our Reno Campus for Washoe County Residents.

Appointments are available once a week at our Carson City Campus on Thursday's.

Dogs and Cats must be at least 2 months old, weigh at least 2 pounds, and not be nursing a litter. Owners will be asked to verify their residency in advance of the appointment being confirmed.

For those looking for spay/neuter services for community cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), a separate program is available. Learn more about TNR resources.
